Salary Range:

• Senior Inspector: RM 2,000 - RM 3,000

• Junior Inspector: RM 1,700 - RM 1,900

• Assistant Inspector: RM 1,500 - RM 1,650

Inspector Qualifications:

• SPM/STPM, Diploma, or Degree in a related field

• Building surveyors are encouraged to apply

• Electrical background is an added advantage

• Must have own transportation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections under various conditions, assessing internal and external defects for compliance.

• Prepare and present detailed inspection reports to homeowners.

• Work closely with clients, guiding them through the inspection process while adhering to international standards.

• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient in computer skills

• Quick learner, able to work independently

• Excellent communication skills, able to explain findings in person

• Meticulous, thorough, and capable of identifying all property defects

• Able to develop rapport with clients and troubleshoot issues promptly
